Bra sizing works in a system of band size and cup size, but if you don’t have breasts then you only need to determine your band size by measuring the circumference of your chest. There are many charts online to help you work out what your circumference equates to as a band size. Your cup size represents the difference between your band size and bust size. If you are choosing to use breastforms, you should measure them and find out the circumference of your chest over them.
