I’m AMAB, how do I find my size?
Start with waist and hip measurements (in inches or cm). Use our size chart on each product page. For a gentle intro, try our Lingerie Guide.
Suspender belt or corselette, which size?
Go by true waist for suspenders/corselettes. If you’re between sizes, size up for comfort (you can fine-tune with hooks/adjusters). If you plan shapewear underneath, measure over it.
Will stockings fit my thighs/longer legs?
Look for denier with good stretch and check the brand’s height/weight (or thigh circumference) guide. If you’re close to the top of a size range, choose the larger size for a smoother look.
Shapewear for crossdressers, where do I start?
Begin light: a high-waist brief or waist cincher to smooth lines. Comfort first, then silhouette. Helpful read: Shapewear for crossdressers (practical, AMAB-aware).
How fast do you ship?
According to Royal Mail delivery times are as follows:
⦁ UK First Class: 1 – 3 working days
⦁ Europe: 3 – 5 working days
⦁ USA / Canada: 4 – 12 working days
⦁ Rest of the World: 7 – 14 working days
⦁ Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (UK only): Before 1 pm the following day. However, orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive on a Saturday. They may do, but as it is not guaranteed it could be the following Monday.
⦁ Guaranteed Saturday Delivery will arrive on Saturday before 1 pm.
How quickly is my order processed?
We know how important it is to receive your newly purchased lingerie as quickly as possible, so all orders made before 3.30 pm will be sent out the same day. Orders after this time will be sent out the next day (the Saturday cut-off time is 11.30 am).

To use the Click & Collect service, check the ‘ship to a different address’ box and enter the delivery address of the store you want it delivered to. Choose the ‘Click and Collect’ postage option. You can check for your nearest collection point address on the following link: EVRI Find a Parcelshop.

NOTE: Royal Mail cannot deliver to Packstations, used mainly in Germany. Pack stations are owned by DHL which is not compatible with Royal Mail, which uses GLS as their carrier in Germany.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Duties/taxes may apply at delivery depending on your country’s rules.
Will my order be sent discreetly?
Yes, all orders are sent in plain packaging for complete discretion.
What’s your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all tags/packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened hosiery, knickers/panties, and bodysuits can’t be returned unless faulty. See our full Returns page
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email hello@tiffanyhart.co.uk or use the contact form with your order number and reason. We’ll aim to reply within one business day with next steps.
How do I wash stockings and delicate lingerie?
Hand-wash cool with a gentle detergent; avoid wringing. If you must machine wash, use a mesh bag on a delicate cycle, then air-dry.
Do you sell vegan or non-silk options?
Many items are nylon/elastane blends; check the Materials section on each product page.
Which payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, all major Credit and Debit Cards, Amazon Payments, or payment over the telephone.
Is shopping on Tiffany Hart secure?
Yes. Our site uses HTTPS/SSL and compliant processors; we never store full card details.
