We wish we could say that everybody was satisfied with their purchase, but unfortunately, this just isn’t possible. The odd return here and there is inevitable whether it be the item wasn’t quite to your sizing, or it wasn’t exactly what you were looking for. Whatever the reason, we are always here and happy to help.
What is Tiffany Harts’ Return Policy?
We allow up to 30 days from the order date for you to return your item(s). We are happy to offer either a refund or an exchange, depending on what you prefer.
What items are Eligible to be Returned or Exchanged?
Items are eligible for an exchange or refund if they are:
i) In original condition and packaging with any tags still attached. ii) Unworn. iii) Unwashed.
We cannot accept items that go against terms or are in some way defective. In the case of nylons, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been tried on. This is due to hygiene reasons and the delicate fabric. Once they have been worn they are no longer in brand new condition and are unable to be resold.
Once opened, buyers must inspect for any faults before trying on or wearing any of our hosiery. Any defects such as ladders, snags, and pulls cannot be considered as a manufacturing error once the item has been taken out of its packaging or tried on.
For items that do not arrive at us safely, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items where the customer is unable to provide a tracking number.
To help us correctly identify your order and payment, please ensure you can provide us with your order number.
Do I Have To Pay For Returns Or Exchanges?
We are always happy to accept a return if the product wasn’t what the customer was looking for. However In the case that a customer has ordered an incorrect size or colour, or simply doesn’t like their purchase, we cannot accept responsibility for the return shipping charges, this must be paid by the customer.
If for some reason we have sent you a faulty or incorrect product then we will refund the cost of your return postage. Any faulty items must be returned within the 30 day period.
We do not charge for exchanges, this is 100% free and we will not charge any additional shipping costs if you would like to exchange your item(s).
How Long Does It Take To Process My Refund?
Once your item(s) has arrived and we have quality-checked it, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Please note the item(s) must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Uncollected Orders
We cannot refund delivery charges for items that are not collected by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they collect their package when using Click and Collect or an alternative collection point. The postage cost will be deducted from an eventual refund.
Uncollected items can take several weeks, or even months (depending on where they were sent) before the package is returned to us. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a refund until we receive the package.
