Building the website was a bag of emotions ranging from exciting to frustrating. Putting together the design, creating a friendly, easy-to-navigate layout, and filling it with only the highest quality, most beautiful lingerie you’ll find anywhere. It’s been a rollercoaster but we’re glad we can say we got there in the end and we hope you’re happy with the finished product.
Upon arrival, you can choose what language you wish to view the website in, as well as the currency that you will be using. We have the options of UK sterling, Euros, or US Dollars for our transatlantic cousins. When making a purchase using a debit or credit card, your card issuer will calculate the exchange rate for you.
Navigating our Site
Shop Hitting the ‘SHOP ALL’ tab will show you every product in our stocklist. ‘SHOP BY CATEGORY’ will display a dropdown menu with a list of categories you can select from. ‘SALE’ will take you to every product that is currently in the sale. There, you can click the ‘Default Sorting’ in the top left-hand corner of the products to order your search to your preference. You have the choice to sort by ‘Newly added’, ‘Most Popular’, ‘Ratings’, or ‘Price’ (from cheapest to most expensive and vice-versa). We have also included a price slider that allows you to set the minimum you’re looking to spend to the maximum per item. You can also filter your search by colour. Or you can type what you’re looking for directly in the Search box at the top left of the page.
blog Clicking ‘BLOG’ will take you to our list of blog articles. By default, our blog posts are sorted to show you the most recent first. You can navigate the posts by clicking any one of the ‘CATEGORIES’, or you can type what you’re looking for in the search bar. Below the image of each post, we display a short excerpt with a ‘CONTINUE READING’ link below which you can click to show the full post. Articles may contain links to other articles, products, or other websites; this text will be highlighted in pink. Below each article are social buttons that allow you to share it on your chosen social media channel. Further down the page is our comment section. There, you can leave a comment or reply to comments from our other members.
Placing an Order
For returning customers, use the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ link on the top menu and log in before placing your order. This will save having to re-enter your details.
Each product will state whether it’s out of stock or if there are only a few items remaining per size or colour. Once you have selected your product in the size and colour you desire, you can then add it to your cart. You can view the items in your cart by hovering your cursor over the cart icon in the top right corner of the page. Clicking the icon will take you to your basket where you can add, remove, and make adjustments to your order. Clicking ‘PAYPAL’ will open a window where you can sign in securely and make quick payments via PayPal. Clicking ‘PROCEED’ will navigate you directly to payment and shipping. Should you have a valid coupon code or gift voucher, you will be able to enter it there.
Customers can pay via Paypal, Amazon, credit/debit card, or by telephone. We also offer Klarna and Clearpay which allows you to split the cost into smaller more manageable payments. (see Payment Page).
Once you click the Checkout button, you will be able to choose the delivery address. By default, this will show the address of the account holder, but we do offer our customers the choice of entering an alternative delivery address. This option comes in handy if the product you are buying is for a present. Should you require the item gift wrapped, or have any special requests, you can add this request in the ‘order notes’ box.
Below your address details, you will find your order details, the subtotal, shipping costs, and total order price. Please make sure you check this information thoroughly before hitting the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button.
With Tiffany Hart Privacy and discretion are key, so we send all our items in plain packaging.
Creating an Account
When placing an order, you will notice a ‘CREATE AN ACCOUNT’ checkbox on the checkout page. Although you are not required to make an account to place an order, there are advantages to doing so.
i) You will be able to shop faster on return visits. ii) You will be able to keep up to date on the status of your order. iii) You can keep track of previous orders.
Customers also have the option to join our newsletter on the checkout page. By joining our newsletter, you will receive updates on new products, discount vouchers, plus handy tips and advice.
Back Orders / Out of Stock
If an item is showing out of stock, it may still be possible to place an order so please contact us. All backorders are sent out to you within 1 working day of us receiving our stock.
Wishlist
Any product can be added to your wishlist and will stay there until you remove it by clicking on the red cross next to the item’s photo. This can be great for reminding you what you have looked at and liked, as well as enabling you to send to others – giving them an idea of what to buy you for birthdays, Christmas, or just as a treat.
