How Quickly is my Order Processed?
We know how important it is to receive your newly purchased lingerie as quickly as possible, so all orders made before 3.30 pm will be sent out the same day. Orders after this time will be sent out the next day (the Saturday cut-off time is 11.30 am).
What Are Your Delivery Charges?
Delivery rates are different depending on several factors.
i) Which part of the world you’re ordering from. ii) Whether you opt for next-day postage. iii) Whether the amount you spend entitles you to free shipping.
We use Royal Mail or Click & Collect, both offer different delivery times. See link above.

Can My Order Be Sent To a Different Address?
Yes, you can choose an alternative delivery address at checkout.
Why Haven’t I Received Confirmation Of My Order?
It may be that your confirmation email was sent to your spam folder. This tends to happen because some email services flag automated messages as spam. Alternatively, it may be that you made a slight error when entering your email address. If this is the case, no need to panic, simply contact us and we will be happy to help. If you have created an account, you can also log in to check the status of your order.
Will My Order Be Sent Discreetly?
Yes, all orders are sent in plain packaging for complete discretion.
I Haven’t Received My Order?
We’re proud to say that 99% of all orders make it to their destination within the given timeframe, but on rare occasions, there may be a delay. Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for any slow deliveries as this is in the hands of the Royal Mail or other postal service. However, if the delivery time is particularly late, we ask that you please contact our support with your order number. Most items are sent recorded delivery so require a signature. If no one is available to sign, the item will need to be collected from your local sorting office. Generally, a card will be left to say an attempted delivery has been made, but this isn’t always the case so it’s worth checking with your sorting office first.
Can Cancel My Order?
As all orders are sent out the same day, you would need to cancel your order asap to avoid it being posted.
Can I Return The Item?
You may return items up to 30 days after ordering providing it is unwashed, still in its original condition, and with tags attached. Please see our full returns policy.
What Currencies Do You Accept?
Tiffany Hart accepts UK £ sterling, Euros, or US $ dollars as payment. You can select your preferred currency by using the drop-down arrow in the currency box at the top of the page. If you are using a different currency and paying by credit/debit card or Paypal, your card issuer will automatically convert whichever currency you use on your behalf.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Paypal, all major Credit and Debit Cards, Amazon Payments, or payment over the telephone.
Are My Details Safe On The Tiffany Hart Website?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card, or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
Do I Need To Create An Account With You?
No, you do not need to make an account when shopping with us. However, making an account does come with several perks.
i) You will be able to shop quicker the next time you order ii) You can stay informed of your order status. ii) You can keep tabs on any orders you’ve previously made.
How Do I Apply For A Refund Or Exchange?
You will need to send the item back to us in its original condition with all labels attached for a refund or exchange. Please see our full returns policy.
How do I Redeem My Discount Voucher?
You will need to enter the coupon number in the relevant box at checkout and click apply.
